Sports Betting Terms:

• Bets placed before an event begins are valid. Once an event has started, pre-match bets will no longer be accepted.
• If a match is cancelled or rescheduled, bets are generally refunded.

• Maximum bet limits are determined by your account tier.

Live Casino Terms:

• Any bets placed after the dealer announces "No More Bets" will not be counted.
• Any bet placed before a disconnection will remain valid.

You can close your account at any time. Contact support — if you have a remaining balance, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it first.

• Operating multiple accounts.
• If bonus abuse is detected.
• If there is suspicion of money laundering or fraud.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination:

• Registering using another person's identity.
